Gumsaba Custom Fitness specializes in functional patterns training to improve agility, strength and endurance. We have a wide range of equipment to suit your specific needs.
We offer a free 15 minute consultation at our gym. Meet the coach, take a look at our facility, ask questions. Then if you would like to move forward, the next step is to sign up for our introductory package.
You must complete an introductory package before starting your membership sessions.
All new clients start with our Introductory Package (4 Sessions for $500). This gives you a feel for Gumsaba Custom Fitness Programming and atmosphere in which we work. It also gives you information to evaluate and compare with as you progress in your training.
Session 1: 60 minutes
• One on one Personal Training
• Target Heart Rate Assessment
• Goal Setting
• Measurements & Weigh (optional).
• Follow up email with all notes and results.
• Custom fitness program is based on the results of this session.
Sessions 2 / 3 / 4: 1 hour each
Must be scheduled within 2 weeks of introductory session.
One on one personal training.
Once the introductory package is complete, clients move on to One on One or Personalized Group Training.
